The Goddess of Freedom: A Cosmic Mother of Liberty and Light

Freedom is one of the most sacred gifts given to the soul. It is more than political liberty, more than personal independence, and more than the right to choose. True freedom is the soul’s ability to live according to divine law, to fulfill its mission, and to rise into the fullness of its God-given purpose.

In the teachings of the Ascended Masters, the Goddess of Freedom represents the feminine aspect of the quality of freedom to the earth. She is a cosmic being who has kept the flame of freedom for thousands of years.

Her service is connected with the Royal Teton Retreat, where she gives instruction to incoming souls on how to retain the purity of the consciousness of freedom while in embodiment on earth.

The Goddess of Freedom and Armed Freedom

One of the most powerful outer symbols connected with the Goddess of Freedom is the statue known as Armed Freedom, also called the Statue of Freedom, which crowns the dome of the United States Capitol.

This nineteen-foot bronze statue stands above the Capitol as a visible sign of freedom, responsibility, and America’s spiritual destiny. In the teachings, the Goddess of Freedom maintains a focus of light in this statue.

This makes the Statue of Freedom more than an architectural ornament or national symbol. It becomes a spiritual reminder that freedom must be guarded, purified, and consecrated to God.

Freedom as a Spiritual Victory

The Goddess of Freedom has spoken of the struggle required to become free. Her message reminds us that freedom is not passive. It is won through vigilance, courage, self-mastery, and determination.

True freedom requires us to overcome the forces within and without that would bind the soul. It requires us to find the weaknesses in ourselves, strengthen them, and refuse to be defeated by the same patterns again and again.

This is profound teaching for every student on the spiritual path. Freedom is not only something we ask for. It is something we must become worthy of by aligning our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions with the light.

The Flame of Freedom on the Earth

The Goddess of Freedom also speaks of the importance of bringing the flame of freedom into the earth. Her work is connected with Saint Germain, Portia, the Goddess of Liberty, and the beings of the seventh ray.

This is especially meaningful for students of the Ascended Masters who understand the violet flame. The violet flame is a key to spiritual transmutation, purification, and freedom. Through prayer, decree, and devotion, we can call forth the violet flame to help transmute the misuse of freedom and restore divine order.

The Goddess of Freedom teaches that freedom must not be misqualified. When freedom is used without divine laws, it can become destruction, rebellion, or chaos. But when freedom is anchored in God, it becomes liberation, justice, mercy, and victory.

A Call to Keep the Flame

The Goddess of Freedom calls Keepers of the Flame to multiply their light, give the teachings, sponsor other souls, and make calls for protection. This is an active path of service.

Freedom must be kept. Freedom must be guarded. Freedom must be invoked.

The work of freedom is not only national; it is personal and planetary. Each soul has a responsibility to keep the flame alive through prayer, decree, self-mastery, and service.

Walking with the Goddess of Freedom

The Goddess of Freedom comes with legions of angels of Cosmic Freedom. Her message is one of victory, courage, and divine partnership.

She reminds us that the hour of freedom is not only her hour, but our hour as well. We are called to move forward with the beings of freedom and to play to win.

For students of the Ascended Masters, the Goddess of Freedom is a powerful reminder that liberty must be spiritualized. It must be held in the heart, defended by truth, and expressed through service to God and humanity.
