True Freedom: Living with Purpose, Responsibility, and Spiritual Light

Patriotism, Divine Justice, and the Spiritual Destiny of America

Our Outpost of Love!

In honor of Veterans Day, I would like to express my heartfelt love for the service of our United States Military and first responders. The military and first responders are our physical protection against the darkness. I would also like to honor our spiritual partners in their service to the light for our spiritual protection. Many of our chelas have served for more than 50 years keeping the balance for the light. Through the love of their heart the military, first responders, and chelas have maintained their outposts and kept America alive as the flame of illumination for others to follow.

Did you or are you serving in the U.S. Military? Or in another capacity protecting America? Have you or are you holding the balance in the service to the light? As chelas we serve the light in whatever capacity we are asked to serve. In the military it is the same. After our training we serve where we are sent to serve. We each have an outpost. I believe that means the military, first responders and chelas all service the light.

Saint Germain says: “Beloved, many brave and true hearts dedicated fully to the mission of Freedom have lost their lives in this very year defending our outposts in the world. Thus, they have gone, sent by this government to represent America. And yet, for the forces of tyranny and terrorism abroad in the world, they lost their lives in the service of the flame… (Vol. 28 No. 12 – Beloved Saint Germain – March 24, 1985, We Seek a Change of World Consciousness). I am not sure that people in the military knew that they were serving the light. But all the military I met knew they were fighting to keep our freedom.

What Does the Military Do?

I served in the U.S. Army from 1974 to 1976 during a portion of the Vietnam war. I did not serve in Vietnam. I felt when I joined the Army that I was doing a service for my country. Little did I know that I was also serving Saint Germain and the light. My outpost was in Germany. I remember thinking I need to serve my country. I need to find what I am searching for.

I did find many things while I was in service. For one and the biggest one for me was community. I did not know that I was looking for community. At first, I thought it seems like everyone was in everyone’s business. That was not the case. Everyone had your back. If you needed help moving a bed someone would appear. If you did not understand how to put back the M16 you took apart someone would show you until you got it. We were honed into a mighty fighting instrument with knowledge and physical training. The spiritual was also addressed. You were required to attend Sunday service at least in Basic and Advanced Individual Training (AIT).

I had my basic and AIT (Basic Electronics) training at Ft. Jackson, South Carolina. I learned about community there and I made many friends. One life-long friend, Linda was my maid of honor when I got married. I believe that seeing community while serving my country helped me to understand community when I came into the teachings of the ascended masters.

From Ft Jackson, I went to complete my 36 weeks of Military Occupational Training (MOS). The number of weeks of MOS training depends on your MOS. My MOS was 36H which is a dial central office repair person. You might wonder why I chose this MOS or what in the world did this mean? I was the person that made the connections work so that your landline worked. I worked at a very similar job for Pacific Bell in San Diego before and after serving in the military. I thought requesting this MOS was a natural progression.

My MOS training was at Fort Monmouth in Red Bank, New Jersey. Yes, I was right there at the home of Elizabeth Clare Prophet. Of course, I did not know that at the time and Mother was not there when I was there in 1974. I remember Red Bank as being a very nice quaint town. People in Red Bank supported the military and were friendly. I learned self-discipline from my MOS training. We built an entire central office from the ground up including cabling. It was quite an undertaking to remember all the pieces and how they fit. I finished 4th in my class and I was grateful that God answered my prayer and helped me to receive the training I wanted.

Lastly, I was assigned a duty station. This is where it gets interesting. When I joined the US Army, I got my choice of one thing training or duty station. I asked for Tiawan. I do not know why. When I got my orders, I was assigned to Germany. I wonder if there was a mistake. So, when the officers spoke to us, I mentioned the difference. An officer told me he could get my orders changed if I wanted. I prayed about it standing right there and the answer was immediate. You will meet someone very important to your life in Germany. I thanked the officer and said I will keep my assignment. Yes, I did meet my husband of 47 years in Germany.

I think that part of the reason that my marriage has lasted so long is that we both understand military service and community. Our marriage is a community unto itself with our blended hearts and families. As I think back, I felt the flame of freedom and I still feel that flame. I would like to mention that when I found the teachings and joined the Washington, D.C. Community teaching center there were four other US Army people and one more that I was instrumental in bringing into the teachings through Project Reach Out (PRO). I wanted to say thank you to them and their service and support in the community. They were and still are always available with a helping hand: Robert Boone, Frank Sarlo, Susanne Villeneuve, Larrington Connell, and Lafayette Williams.

What is Your Service Outpost?

As Chelas of the Will of God, we know our service is to hold the spiritual balance and we can hold the balance with dynamic decrees. Decrees are prayers that you say out loud to God. One thing we can always do immediately for troubled spots in the world is as Lady Master Nada says: “…visualize the circle and sword of blue flame around every area that is a problem, that is a problem area of bombardment of forces not of the Light preventing the divine will and the divine solution.” (Vol. 26 No. 51 – Beloved Nada – December 14, 1983) We are the spiritual outpost just as the military is the physical outpost. We stand and give our decrees so that the ascended master can work. So that God can work through us and provide the divine solution.

Other things we can do in the service to the light is find the lightbearers and introduce them to the ascended masters. So that they can join the light and counter act the darkness. We can help to teach our young so that they can run for office and make a change from the inside. We can choose an ascended master to study and learn everything about that ascended master to help with their mission. We can continue on the ascension path. I believe that all of these things are a small portion of what we can do. I try and think every day what actionable action can I take in the light, in addition to what I already do.

Our Outpost as Chelas!

I believe that we are serving God by being an outpost of light. We are each where we need to be to serve the light. We can serve each other with loving kindness and say congratulation continue your work. Thank you for your service. We are winning! Always victory!
